Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026
These terms govern your use of SubDocs. By using the service, you agree to them. This is an early-stage product and these terms are intentionally concise.
What SubDocs is
SubDocs is a document collection and tracking tool. It helps your team request, collect, organize, and follow up on documents from subcontractors. It is an organizational tool only.
No professional advice or verification
SubDocs does not provide legal, tax, insurance, or compliance advice, and does not verify that any document is authentic, valid, current, adequate, or compliant. “Approval” in the product means your team has internally accepted a document — nothing more.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing every document and for determining whether it meets your requirements and any applicable legal, insurance, or regulatory obligations. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and requirements you configure, and for the documents your subcontractors submit.
No guarantee
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that documents collected through the service are valid, complete, or compliant, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload malicious software or content you are not authorized to share.
- Attempt to access data belonging to other organizations or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubDocs and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or any documents collected through it.
